Sargodha Board 11th Class Result 2026 – Check Result
Keep your roll number and B-Form number ready for the Sargodha Board 11th class result 2026. The board’s online form asks for both, together with the examination, year and session. The result is scheduled for 22 October 2026 at 10:00 AM PKT; use the checker below to open the board’s service.
What Sargodha’s result form asks you to enter
Sargodha’s Online Examination Results portal groups 11th and 12th classes under Intermediate (11th or 12th). It also has a separate Matric option. Start with Intermediate when looking for your first-year record.
| Field | What to use for your examination |
|---|---|
| Select Examination | Intermediate (11th or 12th) |
| Year | 2026 for the result covered here |
| Session | The examination session on your slip |
| Enter Roll Number | Your issued examination roll number |
| Enter B-Form Number | Your own B-Form number |
Choose the examination category first, then allow the year choices to load. Select the matching year and session before entering the two identifiers and pressing VIEW RESULT.
If the required year is absent, do not select a different one to force the search. Return through the board’s main website to check its examination-specific result link. An older year searches a different set of records.
The session selector distinguishes 1st Annual from 2nd Annual / Supplementary. Use your slip to choose between them. These choices identify different examinations; switching between them is not a method of correcting a missing result.
The combined Intermediate label does not mean the displayed record automatically represents both years of study. Read the examination heading on the returned record to establish which part and session it covers.
Entering the B-Form number correctly
Use the candidate’s own B-Form number, following the format requested by the form. Do not substitute a parent’s CNIC, the college registration number or the examination application reference.
Read the roll number and B-Form number from their respective records before typing. They perform different roles in the search. If you copy either from a message, check that no spaces or unrelated text were included.
Enter the B-Form number directly on the official board portal. You do not need to post it in this website’s comments to ask for help. When describing a technical problem publicly, explain the field or error without sharing the full identifier.
If your available documents contain conflicting identity details, ask your college examination office or the board which record needs correction. Repeatedly trying another family member’s number cannot resolve a mismatch in the candidate’s own record.
Can you search the Sargodha result by name or institution?
The current form inspected for this page displays roll-number and B-Form fields. It does not display the name-search and institution-code options described in some older instructions.
A gazette search is a separate method. If you have the correct Sargodha HSSC Part-I gazette, you can search the document’s available text and compare identifying details. That does not add a name-search feature to the online result form.
For a missing roll number, ask your institution for the issued examination record or use the board’s relevant slip service. For a missing B-Form document, retrieve your own identity record rather than assuming a name search can replace the required field.
What if the year list does not load? Allow the examination selection to finish loading. If the list stays blank, reopen the portal and select Intermediate again. Do not interpret a loading problem as a statement about your marks.
What if both numbers are correct but no record appears? Recheck the examination year and session. If those also match, retain the exact error message and ask the board about the lookup. The results portal lists 048-3250041 for queries.
Keep document requests separate from result searches
A result lookup, a duplicate-card request and a rechecking application serve different purposes. For a marks concern, use the procedure naming your HSSC examination. For a missing issued document, follow the duplicate-document instructions.
Sargodha has published a notice concerning the waiver of affidavit/FIR requirements for duplicate certificates and result cards. Read that notice alongside the current application instructions before arranging supporting paperwork. Do not rely on an old checklist copied by another website.
The board has also published a revised fee-structure notice effective from July 2026. Confirm the amount for your requested service through the current schedule before paying; an older fee quoted for another examination or document may not apply.
Keep the issued result and any application acknowledgement as separate files. If the board supplies a corrected document, retain the earlier copy for your own records and use the corrected version where required. This makes it easier to explain which entry changed without altering the original evidence.
