How to Check Your 1st Year Result 2026
Have your examination roll number ready for an online lookup. If you do not have it, check whether your board offers name search or whether its gazette contains searchable candidate names.
Method | What you need | What to check |
|---|---|---|
Roll number | Your board and examination roll number | Correct class, year and examination session |
Online name search | A portal that supports names and the details it requests | Other identifying details when names match |
SMS | Your roll number, the board’s code and prescribed message format | Service instructions for your examination |
Gazette PDF | The correct board’s result file | Year, session and whether the file supports text search |
11th class result 2026 Check by Roll Number
- Open your board’s official result portal.
- Choose 2026 and HSSC Part-I, Intermediate Part-I or 11th Class, where the portal asks for them.
- Select the examination session shown on your roll-number slip.
- Enter your examination roll number exactly as printed.
- Submit the form, then check the candidate name and other identifying details before saving the result.
Use your examination roll number, rather than your registration number, unless the form specifically requests a registration number. Keep any leading zeros and check for typing errors.
To retain a copy, use the portal’s download or print option where available. Your browser may also offer Print → Save as PDF. Check the saved file to make sure the marks and result remarks are included.

Check by Name or Find a 11th class result 2026 Without a Roll Number
There are three routes to try:
- Online name search: use it only where your board’s official result portal offers that option. Enter the details the form requests.
- Gazette search: search your name if the correct examination gazette includes candidate names and supports text search.
- Recover your roll number: check your examination slip or ask your college’s examination office. Private candidates can use the board’s roll-slip service where available or contact the board.
A matching name alone does not identify your result. Compare the roll number, institution and any other identifying details provided. Enter a father’s name only if the search form asks for it.
SMS services that require a roll number cannot replace a name search.

Follow your board’s SMS instructions for the relevant examination session. You need internet access to use this website, but sending the SMS itself requires mobile service rather than an internet connection.
SMS charges may apply. Replies depend on your network and the board’s result service, so allow time before sending another request. Use the official result portal for details not included in the SMS reply.
Find Your 11th Class Result 2026 in the Gazette PDF
Open the 11th Class Result Gazette 2026 directory and select your board. The directory lists board-specific file availability and download links.
Before searching a file:
- Check that it belongs to your board.
- Confirm 2026, HSSC Part-I and the correct examination session.
- Open the PDF and search your roll number. On a computer, use Ctrl + F; on a phone, use the PDF reader’s search option.
- If searching by name, compare the available institution and candidate details before accepting a match.
Some gazettes contain scanned pages rather than searchable text. If search returns nothing, try selecting a word in the document. Where the file contains only images, browse the relevant institution section or use a searchable version supplied by the board.
A search failure does not establish that your result is missing.
What to Do If Your 11th Class Result 2026 Is Not Showing
A failed lookup does not mean you failed the examination. Check the problem below before trying another method.
Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
The official website does not load | Wait briefly and retry. Use another method supported by your board if the problem continues. |
The portal finds no matching record | Recheck the board, roll number, class, year and examination session. |
Another candidate’s result appears | Compare every roll-number digit and the selected session. Do not use the record. |
The SMS reply does not arrive | Check the destination code and message format. Allow for service delays before resending. |
The gazette search finds nothing | Confirm the file’s board, year and session, then check whether its text is searchable. |
Several candidates share your name | Compare the roll number, institution and other details available in the record. |
The result contains an unfamiliar remark | Read the board’s explanation or ask its examination office what action is required. |
Your details or marks still appear incorrect | Keep an unedited copy and contact your institution or board. |
When requesting help, have your roll-number slip and the exact error message available. If you take a screenshot, include the selected class and session so the problem is easier to identify.
Check the Details on Your 11th Class Result 2026 Card
Before saving or sharing your result, check these entries:
- Candidate details: your name and examination roll number.
- Examination details: board, class, year and session.
- Programme or group: the applicable entry, such as FSc Pre-Medical, FSc Pre-Engineering, ICS, I.Com or FA.
- Subjects and marks: the listed subjects and the marks recorded against them.
- Totals and grades: the values displayed on your result.
- Remarks: any note affecting the record or requiring further action.
Use the marks scheme and instructions applicable to your board and examination. Do not compare your total with a different programme or assume that practical marks are reported in the same way across examinations.
If an abbreviation is unclear, consult the explanation provided by the board. Do not infer a pass, failure or missing mark from an unfamiliar code.
Keep a copy for reference. For an original result card or Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC), follow your board’s collection or issue procedure. Check the receiving institution’s requirements before relying on an online printout for a formal application.
Result Corrections, Rechecking and Position Holders
Incorrect details: If your name, roll number or examination details appear incorrect, contact your college or the board’s examination office. Keep your roll-number slip and an unedited copy of the result so staff can compare the records. Use the board’s correction procedure rather than editing the downloaded document.
Rechecking: Follow your board’s application process and check its deadline, fee and eligibility requirements before submitting a request. Keep the application reference and payment receipt. Submitting a rechecking request does not guarantee an increase in marks.
Position holders: Visit the 11th Class Position Holders page for board-specific information. Check the examination year, class and issuing board before treating a list as relevant to your result.

Frequently Asked Questions about 11th Class Result 2026
What is the date and time of the Punjab 11th class result 2026?
The Punjab 11th class result 2026 is scheduled for 22 October 2026 at 10:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT). Select the board named on your roll-number slip to reach its result portal. Per media reports, position holders are expected to be announced a day earlier, on 21 October 2026, though no board has officially confirmed this. Per a BISE Lahore press release, BISE Lahore’s result gazette CDs will be available from the board on 22 October from 10:00 AM for Rs 200.
Are 11th class, 1st year and HSSC Part-I results the same?
Yes. In Pakistan’s intermediate examination system, these terms refer to the first part of the Higher Secondary School Certificate examination. HSSC Part-II refers to the second part, commonly called 12th class or second year.
Can I check my 1st Year result 2026 without a roll number?
You can try an official name-search service where your board provides one, or search a gazette that includes candidate names. You can also recover your roll number from your examination slip or ask your institution for help.
Does every Punjab board offer 11th class result 2026 checking by name?
Do not assume every portal supports it. Use name search only where the board provides that option; searching names within a gazette is a separate method. Compare other identifying details when more than one candidate has the same name.
Why does the portal ask for a year or examination session?
These selections identify which examination record to search. Choose the year and session matching your roll-number slip, since the same roll number may occur in different examinations.
Does an SMS reply include subject-wise marks?
The information in a reply depends on the board’s SMS service. Use the official online result record to check the subject marks and other details available for your examination.
Does “result not found” mean I failed?
No. That message alone does not establish whether you passed or failed. Recheck your details and follow the steps under What to Do If Your Result Is Not Showing.
Can I use a downloaded 11th class result 2026 printout as my original result card?
Do not assume a browser printout replaces the board-issued result card. Follow your board’s document-issue procedure and ask the receiving institution which documents it accepts.
